1. Spring bush bearings are made of coiled spring strip steel, which are assembled with inner race and outer race with flexible or solid roller cage.
2. The complete bearing is thus made up of three separate units. The fact that the inner race can be mounted on the shaft and the outer race fitted in the housing separately.
3. Spring bush bearings are used where there is a heavy shock load and the surrounding temperature is more than 200 °C.
4. These bearings are used where there is space restriction.
