Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern
Experience: 0-1 year in Recruitment (internship or related experience)
1. Support in Recruitment Cycle:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely followups.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
- Help identify potential candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
3. Interview Coordination:
- Organize and manage interview schedules, sending reminders to candidates and interviewers.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and update candidate status in the recruitment system.
4. Onboarding Assistance:
- Support the HR team with onboarding new hires, preparing offer letters, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees during the onboarding process.
5. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment records, reports, and documentation.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes.
6. Learning & Development:
- Learn about recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools, platforms, and industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,500.00 – ₹17,500.00 per month
